Our VPS Hosting products are priced competitively to include a basic level of support. We can also provide support on a fee-basis for more complex problems where you need our hosting experience to assist. In both cases we provide 24/7 support so you can rest assured that you will never be alone.
Included support services are typically:-
Rebooting your VPS
Re-provisioning your VPS
Installing default VPS Applications
Assisting with network issues to your VPS
Assisting with DNS in the customer portal
Basic assistance with Plesk or CPanel
Installing OS patches
Troubleshooting resource over-utilization of your VPS

Script installation/troubleshooting
Application lock-up issues
Operating System/Application issues (E.g. IIS/Apache)

$165 hourly ( 24x7 )
