Our VPS Hosting products are priced competitively to include a basic level of support. We can also provide support on a fee-basis for more complex problems where you need our hosting experience to assist. In both cases we provide 24/7 support so you can rest assured that you will never be alone.

Included support services are typically:-
  • Rebooting your VPS
  • Re-provisioning your VPS
  • Installing default VPS Applications
  • Assisting with network issues to your VPS
  • Assisting with DNS in the customer portal
  • Basic assistance with Plesk or CPanel
  • Installing OS patches
  • Troubleshooting resource over-utilization of your VPS
  • Fee-based support services apply for these issues:-
  • Software configuration or troubleshooting
  • Script installation/troubleshooting
  • Application lock-up issues
  • Operating System/Application issues (E.g. IIS/Apache)
  • Firewall / VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • SSL Certificate installation
  • Statistics software installation

    $110 hourly ( 8x5)
    $165 hourly ( 24x7 )
